The Quest starts at Level 30 at the girl standing in front of the entrance fountain in Elysium.

She will ask you to head to Eltenen, we commonly call it "Sky City" only because we didnt always know the names of the towns for the first month were were playing lol.

Climb to the top of the spiral ramp inside the tree house.

He will tell you to head back to Elysium and speak with the shugo inside the large bar inside Elysium.

The Shugo will tell you that you need to speak with a chick that is standing on the center walk area in Elysium not far from the boat that you just took to get to him. However before you go to speak with her goto the jewel shop in elysium and buy this jewel

She will ask you to go get it once you talk to her so might as well just cut that step out by getting it now.

Once you get back to her she will tell you to go speak to your skill trainer in the top of the Elysium tower. Do this and return to her. After you talk to her again she will tell you that you need to fill up your DP skill completely. I recommend doing this in the abyss, you'll fill it up far faster there then anywhere else.

Once you do that she will extract the DP from you and the quest is complete you can then select which piece of the armor set you would like. The Pieces are restricted only to what the class you playing would use.

You can only do this quest ONCE per character you make. However you CAN change the armor type and piece for any other type or piece that you would like or need.

To do that you simply buy this stone from the jewel shop:

then you head to the skill hall in Elysium and talk to the female NPC on the right hand side at the rear of the building:

she will give you a list of options which we have not found a regular pattern for. Simply go through them systematically until it gives you this window with the Armor icons you desire be it robe, leather, chain or heavy.

It will consume the Jewel and give you the item you wanted plus 5k Exp for doing the exchange.
