    Pulse will be known when the time comes to spread our wings and show the world what we can do.

    We never fear a pvp, moreover we might even start one where there is lack of them…

    Pulse with be both a PvP and PvE legion. We are friendly and with a burning wish to take you by surprise.

    Our main goal is to be one of the best pvp legions, we want that the opposing nation to tremble in fear and run if they only see our name.

    1.  General rules:

    1.1 All members must know the rules before joining the legion. The unknowing of the rules is not considered IN ANY WAY an excuse for the break of them.
    1.2     All members are equals in rights. They will obey to the Brigade General . Any evidence of disobedience will result in Kick from legion.
    1.3     We do not encourage coteries. We are a legion and must learn to speak open.
    1.4     All members will complete the section SELF INFO (according to their character in guild) with the user of the Pulse website.
    1.5     The use of Ventrilo is a must and use headphones (not speakers) and microphone.
    1.6     If any member of the legion offended you somehow, before taking a rashly decision discuss with the leader of the legion (Brigade General). Everyone who will leave the legion WILL DO IT DEFINETLY
    1.7     Scammers, kinah buyers, bot-ers, KS-ers, bug exploiters, beggars…, will be banned from legion WITHOUT ADVERTISMENT. Before accusing someone of such things bring witnesses to that fact and send evidence (screenshot, movies) to one of the leadership team, otherwise you will support the consequences. We want to become one of the most respected legions of the Europe.
    1.8     Absence from the game for one week will result in ban from legion. Exception: if you have a problem and you can’t play a while, tell on Pulse forum or ingame to the Brigade General (use ingame mail) how long you will be offline (we don’t need  the reason) and make sure you will be understood.
    1.9 NEW !!!!     All members have the duty to do Abyss Points weekly based on a requirement sheet which you can find in this main page site/forum ; gaining the required AP will keep this legion in the top of the legions for this server 
    1.10 Weekly each member will have to level its character, otherwise it will be considered lack of activity and interest which will result in ban from legion. We need active members.
    1.11     Before asking a question regarding the game each member is required to read the forum and check useful links posted in different sections of it
    1.12     Pulse is a united legion so players that do not enjoy playing in a team and who consider that grind better alone do not belong in here.
    1.13     We don’t accept in legion more characters from a single player. Main character only. We like definitely mans and which know what they want
    1.14  Once there is a party for a boss or important event (leave solo quests and go help). Every member/class/lvl is useful at something sooner or later
    Note: This doesn’t means that you have to leave everything to come and help you because you are lazy to level alone. These rules apply to events like boss, instance, pvp.
    1.15  Make groups around your lvl, don’t wait for a higher lvl character to boost you. With such mentality there are looses: XP from you, time for him.


    2. Communication in legion chat:

    2.1. Keep chat legion clean, without useless chat. Use English language in legion chat
    2.2. Keep a decent language. We do not accept the ironies much or less subtile, insults, sexual, racial offences.
    2.3. For endless discussions between 1-x members go to a separate channel.

    3. Communication on Ventrilo:

    3.1. When you enter the game be sure ou enter Ventrilo also
    3.2 All people must use Push to Talk. No one is interested in what happens in your house.
    Ventrilo server 3.3 will include more channels for various events like: General Channel, Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Raid, AFk, use them.
    3.3     When 2 or more people speak on the same channel, about a subject, don’t come up and talk about something else. Wait in line or join another channel with the person you like to talk.
    3.4     Do not disturb the legion members with questions who were answered once or you can find on the forum in a few seconds
    3.5     If you have consumed alcohol or other drugs and you know that you’re not able to talk decent, do not join Ventrilo. You risk to be banned from legion on next misbehavior.

    4. Guild Sharing - the following items will be given to guild before putting them in Broker (AH) :

    4.1 Stigma Stone(s) – all of Stigma skills you get and don’t need (regardless of their market value) will be sent to mail to the Brigade General; he will distribute these Stigmas to the members of the legion who need them according to their behaviour and contribution  towards the legion needs; players who were more active and had a big contribution towards the legion needs will have priority in getting one of these stigma
    4.2 If you will QUIT the game or dont enter for a long period (2months+) make sure you will give/borrow the Stigmas you got from the legion to the remaining active players of the legion who need them ; in case you will return the Brigade General will make sure that you will get your borrowed Stigmas back
    4.3     Skill Book(s) – same rule as Stigmas

    4.4 Manastones
    Note: Regarding all of the above items either you want or not, you need money or not, first you ask in guild if someone needs them before you put them on Broker. Putting items on Broker (AH) is made only after you’ve asked all members of that class and not what you just found online at the time.

    5. Parties:

    5.1 Legion members have priority in parties. Mixed parties will be made (with players from other legions) only if no one from Pulse legion wants to join your party at that moment. Distribution of the items in mixed party will be decided by every party.
    5.2 Every good party has communication. How? Ventrilo
    5.3     Party leader coordinates every move and is responsible for his good or bad choices. Everyone will listen to him and will do what he says. Otherwise they will support the consequences (paying the death penalty of the party if he made agro which resulted in death of members, exclusion from further parties).
    If all members speak at the same time and come up with ideas there will be CHAOS!
    5.4     The drop distribution is decided from the beginning who has priority to it and why. Each member is entitled to give the opinion and eventually the majority decides.
    5.5     When a member of the party makes agro and the party can’t handle it, he will run with mobs as far as he can get from the party. Better he dies from his own mistake than all the party from his mistake.
    5.6     On Bind on Pick-up items (quest items, items you can’t trade) rolls only who needs them.  That’s why Ventrilo is a must, for communication.



    THESE RULES ARE OF COMMON SENSE AND AREN’T SUBJECT OF DISCUSSION.

    WHO DOESN’T LIKE THEM OR CONSIDER THEM ABSURD SHOULD SEARCH FOR OTHER LEGION !
